Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research. The role includes developing and executing growth strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will attend industry events and represent PoliciCue Insurance Brokers in various business engagements. Qualifications - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Experience in business development, sales strategy, and market research - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in using business software and CRM systems - Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
