Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree Role - HR role Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs recruiting retention and succession planning Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders Managing the complete employee life-cycle Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to ensure adequate staffing at all times Provides support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes Partner to create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees Managing engagement and welfare activities of the team aiming at building higher levels of engagement and connect with the team Managing the performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management and career growth Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for team Design implement and monitor special projects initiatives focused on strengthening employer brand new joinee experience adopting best in class digital market best practices Work collaboratively with key stake holders to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development and happiness quotient Job Requirement - Proven track record with 6-10 years of HR experience Graduated from premier educational institutions Must be very hands on with MS Excel MS Word MS PPT and Overall MS office Knowledge of Power BI would be an added advantage Not Mandatory but good to have High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills Problem solving and decision making abilities
