Job Title: Tr Transaction Processing Officer Work Location: Tower IV, Upper Ground Floor-Level 1 and 3, Cybercity, Magarpattacity, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411013 (Work from Office) Shift time: Mut be flexible enough for day, night or rotating shift Job Description: - Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines. - Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence. - Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails. - Adhering to company 's compliances and policies. - Completely work from office Requirements - Looking for recent graduates in accounting field - Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) - Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills. - Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel. - Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy. - Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change. - Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment. - Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs. - Candidate must be an Indian citizen. - Candidate should not have any backlog for participating in the hiring process. - Candidate must have good communication skills. - Must be willing to work in any of Mphasis' operating locations. - Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement. - Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document Interested candidates please share your updated resume my email id :
