Skill Requirement: - Knowledge of insurance products (especially P&C) and MS Office tools. - Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong written/verbal communication abilities. - Willingness to work night shifts, teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. -This position is critical for ensuring accuracy and reliability in the daily functions that support property and casualty insurance business operations. Ability to work independently in a Team environment. Job Description: - Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and changes accurately within specified timelines and using designated tools and systems. - Maintain and update insurance records, ensuring all client and policy details are correct and compliant with company standards. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about work progress, process changes, and any difficulties encountered. - Ensure adherence to internal processes, confidentiality, and regulatory/compliance requirements at all times. - Deliver excellent customer service during all client and internal interactions.
