**Office Operations Coordinator - **Order Processing & Vendor Management
The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the order process, managing office operations, handling customer inquiries, creating quotations, and coordinating with vendors. This role ensures smooth operations in the office by maintaining records, managing purchase orders, and facilitating vendor relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the full order process, from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- **Quotation Creation**: Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Customer Handling**: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage vendor relationships, including sending inquiries, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong partnerships.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Create and track purchase orders, ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services.
- **Vendor Handling**: Communicate with vendors for order updates, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, vendor details, and purchase transactions in the system for easy access and compliance.
- **Data Management**: Ensure all data related to orders, inventory, vendors, and customer interactions are properly maintained and updated.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in office operations, customer service, or vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Experience with order management systems or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Work Environment**: Full-time, office-base

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
