The Opportunity
We&aposre seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time junior position perfect for someone looking to launch their career in B2B SaaS sales while working with cutting-edge AI technology.
As an SDR at Statwide, you&aposll be at the forefront of introducing revolutionary customer intelligence solutions to the US market, helping SaaS companies transform their approach to customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Conduct strategic prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the US B2B SaaS market
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including LinkedIn, email sequences, and cold calling
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach to resonate with prospects&apos specific challenges
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and interaction history
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects&apos customer success challenges and pain points
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with decision-makers
Market Development
- Focus primarily on the US market, understanding regional business practices and communication styles
- Stay informed about customer success trends, churn challenges, and competitive landscape
- Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and positioning strategies
- Required Qualifications
Technical & Communication Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with C-level executives
- Technical background essential - understanding of SaaS, APIs, data integration, or customer success tools
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software platforms

Experience & Education
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development
- Previous experience with B2B outreach or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Familiarity with customer success concepts and SaaS business models preferred
