Bonito Designs Pvt Ltd www bonito in is one of the fastest growing Start-Ups in India in the Interior Designing Industry The Company is funded by Tomorrow Capital www tomorrowcapital in The Company has its business operations in Bangalore Mumbai and is soon planning to expand to other metro cities The Management team is committed to make this one of the most aspiring brand for Indian consumers and a great place to work for employees The Company has a very conducive working environment for employees and offers fast- track growth opportunities for deserving committed professionals Channel Relationship ManagerABOUT THE ROLEChannel Sales for winning maintaining and expanding all our partner relationships Your role will include supporting the company s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers - Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements- Establishes productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts - Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts - Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship - Proactively assesses clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis - Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources - Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement - Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel - Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements - Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners - Proactively recruits new qualifying partners The Ideal Candidate- Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Business Development- Educational Background Bachelor s degree in business marketing or relatedfield MBA MBA is a plus not mandatory - Thorough understanding of the industry - Exceptional communication skills - Flexible to travel to partner locations - Solution-oriented outlook - Ability to build lasting relationships Whatsapp your resume on 8369212201 ref updazz com
