We offer our product to those who need it. - No Health Experience Required: New to healthcare? No problem. If you’re eager to learn, our comprehensive training program will bring you up to speed. - No Mis-selling: At HealthTick, you’ll never be asked to push-sell to people who don't need the product. Roles & Responsibilities - Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone within minutes. - Proactively reach out to users, take their feedback and pass it to the relevant team - Ensure timely, accurate and empathetic customer support - Track user complaints, follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary - Troubleshoot app issues, payment queries or plan-related queries - Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest - Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and reduce queries over time. What we're looking for - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi - Problem-solving mindset - not just answering but resolving - Empathetic and a people-first approach - Patience - Ability to manage multiple chats/calls at once - We need someone who is self-responsible and self-managed.
