Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Customer Support Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving technical problems, and performing thorough troubleshooting of equipment-related issues. The responsibilities also include maintaining a professional standard of customer communication, providing field service visits, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Support and effective Communication for addressing client needs and concerns. - Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support. - Experience in Field Service, including hands-on support and operational tasks at client sites. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues with attention to detail and accuracy. - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred. - Provin proficiency in understanding of mechanical and technical systems related to recycling equipment is a plus. - Proven experience in a customer support role within a technical or engineering domain is advantageous.
