Product Management Senior Analyst

Brief Be the focal point for all interactions with regional global and factory engineering teams for India Articulate our needs issues and concerns with them and work on solutions resolutions on our customer s behalf Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each Maintain the position of Subject Matter Expert on all things AC Power Management within the India business Be the focal point for all interactions with regional global and factory engineering teams for India Articulate our needs issues and concerns with them and work on solutions resolutions on our customer s behalf Assist with New Product Implementation NPI activities for India by working with Product Management and the source factories and R D engineers where necessary Provide support to the respective product manager to ensure new products will be released with all required collateral and training materials available and conduct the training as required Support and train internal and external stakeholders on the AC Power sales tools including product presentations competitive analysis technical documents configurators case studies and tender specifications Support and provide feedback to Product Management teams and help update price book and inventory on AC Power products Work closely with all Sales Teams across the business to build funnels and help close AC Power components of projects Feedback to product management about market requirements customer feedback and competition information Provide product enablement to sales and partners so they are fully aware of product portfolio changes and upcoming products messaging and how and when to position each solution to customers Align with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements Provide leadership and training to other Vertiv Associates to ensure we have coverage of knowledge of the AC Power portfolio Coordinate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for AC Power solutions Qualifications Required Minimum Qualifications Recognized technical tertiary qualifications preferably in Electrical and or Electronics Engineering Additional Preferred Qualifications Sound knowledge of UPS Systems and ERP Workflow processes Recognized qualifications in business and or sales management Not essential however highly regarded Have solid working knowledge of the Data Centre environment including best practices Have a functional understanding of Critical Power and Thermal Management systems Ability to test dry contact alarms and HMI interfaces with thorough understanding of alarm and control integration Understanding of BMS integration of 3rd party products through dry contacts and IP monitoring Physical Environmental
