This role is for one of our clients Industry Business Analyst Seniority level Mid-Senior level Min Experience 3 years Location Mumbai Thane JobType full-time We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to join our Central Data Platforms team and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization In this role you ll act as the critical link between business needs and technology solutions turning requirements into scalable data products and actionable insights You ll collaborate with teams across Product Business Marketing Analytics and Operations while driving large-scale enterprise data initiatives that directly impact customer-facing products and services If you thrive at the intersection of data strategy and execution this role is for you What You ll DoPartner with Stakeholders Work with business and product teams to capture requirements prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless alignment across functions Analyze Translate Data Evaluate large datasets map data sources and design models to support business needs Document Clearly Create crisp BRDs FRDs and specifications to guide development Design Workflows Build data flow diagrams L0 L1 and workflow maps As-Is To-Be to visualize processes and dependencies Drive Projects Manage timelines deliverables and cross-team coordination step into program management when required Enable Agile Execution Participate in sprint planning stand-ups and releases while managing progress in JIRA and documentation in Confluence Support Data Solutions Work with engineering and analytics teams on data pipelines distributed systems and big data platforms Add Technical Value Contribute to discussions on data-first architectures AWS data services and API integrations What Makes You a Strong FitExperience Business Analyst 3-6 years of relevant experience in business data analysis Senior Business Analyst 6 years with proven success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives Education B E B Tech required MBA Tier-1 preferred is a plus Technical Knowledge Big data concepts data pipelines data lakes warehouses and cloud-based solutions AWS preferred Tools Practices Strong with Agile JIRA Confluence and documentation frameworks BRD FRD FSD Skills Excellent stakeholder management problem-solving and the ability to simplify technical concepts for business teams Mindset Adaptable analytical and comfortable moving between Business Analyst Data Analyst and Program Manager roles Why Join UsImpact Work on enterprise-wide data programs that power customer-facing products Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams across the business Growth Exposure to big data platforms modern cloud technologies and data-first architectures Flexibility Opportunity to operate at the intersection of business data and technology Core Skills Business Analysis u007C Data Analysis u007C Agile u007C JIRA u007C Confluence u007C Data Lakes Warehouses u007C Requirement Gathering u007C Documentation BRD FRD FSD u007C Workflow Data Flow Mapping u007C Python Preferred
