This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HubSpot professional to shape, implement, and govern the HubSpot ecosystem across a global organisation. 🔷 About the Role As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide HubSpot standards, covering Sales Hub, Service Hub, data governance, workflows, dashboards, and more. You will work closely with Sales, Service, and IT teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and compliant HubSpot environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Solution Design & Architecture - Develop and document the HubSpot enterprise architecture. - Standardise pipelines, workflows, properties, and automation logic. - Create unified data models and naming conventions. 🔹 Governance & Compliance - Establish robust governance for configuration changes and workflow approvals. - Build data quality and compliance dashboards. - Monitor adoption and system hygiene metrics. 🔹 Implementation Leadership - Lead foundational HubSpot setup and standards documentation. - Configure pipelines, dashboards, automation templates, and permissions. - Ensure consistency and alignment across teams. 🔹 Data Management - Audit and streamline existing HubSpot objects & properties. - Prepare migration templates and integrate new business units. 🔹 Training & Enablement - Conduct training sessions for SMEs and end-users. - Create user guides and documentation. 🔹 Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and Leadership Teams. - Present architecture updates and recommendations. 🎯 Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM architecture & enterprise implementations. - Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, reporting, and workflows. - Strong knowledge of scalable data models and governance frameworks. - Experience leading CRM standardisation projects in large organisations. - Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications - HubSpot Certifications (Solutions Architect, Sales Hub, Service Hub). - Experience with data migration and platform integrations.
