Job Description We are looking for a systems administrator with a strong background in Hubspot to join our team and ensure the successful implementation and management of our new Hubspot platform. This role is integral to our corporate strategy, as it will underpin our marketing, sales, and customer relationship management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Hubspot administration and be able to provide strategic guidance and support to our business development and sales teams. - Manage day-to-day Hubspot administration activities, including configuration and campaign management. - Support the sales team by providing Hubspot-related assistance and ensuring smooth sales processes. - Generate and interpret reports to track marketing and sales performance, providing insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with the deployment project team to ensure a successful Hubspot implementation. - Maintain and optimize Hubspot workflows, ensuring efficient and effective processes. - Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Hubspot best practices and usage. - Stay updated with the latest Hubspot features and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve any Hubspot-related issues or bugs, ensuring system stability. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Hubspot. - Ensure data integrity and security within the Hubspot platform, adhering to company policies. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Hubspot administration, preferably in a professional services business. - Strong knowledge of Hubspot's features, functionalities, and best practices. - Experience in managing Hubspot campaigns and workflows, with a proven track record of successful implementations. - Experience of the Zoominfo platform would also be beneficial - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with Hubspot is an advantage. - A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
