Enterprise HubSpot Professional OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation and governance of the HubSpot ecosystem across our global organisation.About the RoleDevelop and enforce enterprise-wide HubSpot standards, encompassing Sales Hub, Service Hub, data governance, workflows, dashboards, and more.Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and IT teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and compliant HubSpot environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture: Create and document the HubSpot enterprise architecture. Standardise pipelines, workflows, properties, and automation logic. Establish unified data models and naming conventions.Governance & Compliance: Establish robust governance for configuration changes and workflow approvals. Build data quality and compliance dashboards. Monitor adoption and system hygiene metrics.Implementation Leadership: Lead foundational HubSpot setup and standards documentation. Configure pipelines, dashboards, automation templates, and permissions. Ensure consistency and alignment across teams.Data Management: Audit and streamline existing HubSpot objects & properties. Prepare migration templates and integrate new business units.Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for subject matter experts and end-users. Create user guides and documentation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and Leadership Teams. Present architecture updates and recommendations.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM architecture & enterprise implementations.Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, reporting, and workflows.Strong knowledge of scalable data models and governance frameworks.Experience leading CRM standardisation projects in large organisations.Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
