The role involves shaping full-stack digital solutions for B2C and B2B channels using modern architecture patterns across web, native app, and chatbot technologies. The individual will work within a SAFe agile framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions hosted primarily on AWS. This position is based in Pune or Bengaluru. What You Will Do - Assess new business demands and change requests to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates. - Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and IT architects to define functional and non-functional requirements. - Lead the definition of end-to-end digital solution designs, incorporating input from subject matter experts. - Ensure solution designs align with AWS Well Architected Framework principles, focusing on security, scalability, and maintainability. - Maintain solution integrity and reusability throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Work closely with Technical Architects, UX teams, Product Owners, and engineering teams for planning and refinement. - Support root cause analysis and propose solution options for complex delivery or live service issues. Who You Are - Experienced in designing enterprise-scale B2C or B2B digital services using micro-service and micro-frontend architectures. - Skilled in cloud-native application design using serverless and containerised compute services. - Proficient in REST API standards and design. - Able to communicate solution designs using UML or C4 frameworks. - Creative and proactive in identifying innovative architecture patterns and technologies. - Knowledgeable in AWS Well Architected Framework, especially regarding security, performance, and cost optimisation. - Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information effectively. - Familiar with Agile methodologies including LEAN, Scrum, and Kanban. Desired - Experience in large enterprises with significant digital footprints. - Familiarity with SAFe and value stream-aligned delivery. - Exposure to event-based architecture and TM Forum compliant APIs. - Understanding of JavaScript technologies such as Node and React.
