Job Description Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, driven, and highly experienced Solutions Architect (Digital & AI) to serve as a pivotal technical leader within our Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will be the crucial technical link between our innovative digital solutions and our customers most complex business transformations. You will leverage your deep engineering and enterprise architecture expertise alongside strong communication skills to understand complex customer challenges, architect and demonstrate the value of our digital solutions, and build lasting, successful relationships. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Serve as the Technical Expert and Trusted Advisor: Work closely with the Presales team to provide in-depth technical explanations of our products and services, acting as the go-to technical resource for customers, particularly focusing on Cloud and AI/ML integrations, during the sales cycle. - Craft Compelling Presentations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) Projects:Design, develop, and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, collaborating with customers to solve their complex technical challenges using Iron Mountain digital solution offerings, often involving Generative AI and LLMs. - Bridge Engineering and Sales, and Support the Technical Sales Process: Act as a vital liaison between Presales, Product Development, and Engineering teams by providing valuable customer feedback, and assist with Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) responses, focusing on technical solution design and security details, to accelerate the sales cycle. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: - 5-10 Years of progressive experience in the design, architecture, development, and technical selling of enterprise solutions. - Strong hands-on experience in programming languages like Python and JAVA, integration methods, building Software Development Kits (SDKs), and utilizing REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Webhooks. - Proven ability to demonstrate leadership and expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. - Experience in Agentic AI and Multi-Cloud Platforms (MCP) will be a significant advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field).
