Executive Business Partner EA PA Admin Assistant Secretary Location - Remote Employment Type - Permanent Full-Time Shift - 9 hours between 6PM to 6AM Experience - 7 to 12 years Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite Senior Leadership Executives The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner providing high-level administrative support managing schedules coordinating meetings and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations This role requires exceptional communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the executives calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents Act as a liaison between the executive and internal external stakeholders Coordinate and support board meetings including agenda preparation minutes and logistics Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets expenses and reports Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and events Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Requirements Mandatory Requirements Experienced professional with 7 years of work experience supporting senior executives preferably in a corporate environment Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities High level of discretion and professionalism Benefits What we offer The opportunity to join our growing business at an exciting time Dynamic and entrepreneurial culture Who we are Side is a global games services company providing technical and creative services to many of the largest developers and studios around the world Founded in Japan in 1994 PTW has grown to become a global force in the gaming industry with over 40 studios in 16 countries worldwide and offices across North America Europe South America and Asia Our industry-leading services include art production game development quality assurance player support community management localization localization QA audio production and data collection For more information visit
