Job Description Hey, I'm Cristian, founder of Ken AI, based in San Francisco. We are scaling marketing quickly on multiple channels, and we want someone who is able to integrate these channels together and establish some marketing systems in place. What we offer - $1,200/mo salary - This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours (except meetings), in any location - Financial support for co-working spaces, education, and tools Who are we searching for We need someone versatile that can help us with both marketing and sales automations. We want someone who can put marketing systems in place that are ready to grow. Skills we'd need - CRM Specialist (any CRM) - Landing Page Development (with Webflow) - Automations (with n8n) - Basic SEO (on Webflow) - Email Newsletter Platforms (with Beehiiv and Brevo) - Data Tracking & Analytics ( any tool) - Copywriting skills It's okay if you don't have all these skills, as long as you're a fast learner. Who am I I'm Cristian, 19 years old, from Moldova but currently living in San Francisco, this is my 3rd startup. I have created multiple startups in edtech (Smart Curs) and marketing (Ken Group), generating over 250,000 customers combined. Just check me out if you want to learn more. Who is our team We have 12 full-time people on our team. You'll directly work with our growth marketer + CEO. What we want are brilliant people on our team with an unique personality (in the good way haha). Who are our clients They're the coolest people ever, I love them. Some of them have sold businesses for $100M+, others are building exciting AI companies, some are throwing gold advice with everyone they meet, and someone has a dog that keeps interrupting our meetings every 7 min (official stat).
