PFB the JD for the Marketing Operations/Automation Specialist role: Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Location: Mohali (Phase-8B) Work Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite) Role Overview: The Marketing Operations/Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and automating our marketing operations using platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM integrations, and be proficient in tracking and improving campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot. Set up and monitor automated workflows, nurturing programs, and campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data consistency and accurate CRM tracking. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. Work closely with the content and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping. Assist in A/B testing and optimizing email templates, landing pages, and forms. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Ensure data cleanliness, segmentation, and organization within Salesforce and HubSpot. Assist in integrating new marketing tools with existing systems for enhanced marketing performance. Required Skills and Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot. Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and CRM processes. Proficient in setting up marketing workflows, lead scoring, and campaign tracking. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards to measure marketing success. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, RingLead, or similar platforms. Experience in working with other marketing automation platforms (e.G., HubSppot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is desirable.
