Job Description Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration Specialist Location: Hyderabad (Work-from-Office) Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full Time Integration Expert: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration Specialist to lead and support integration efforts across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise applications using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, and custom connectors. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures for real time integrations. Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Document integration architecture, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Required Skills: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in API Integration with strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions Knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and Power Platform Familiarity with API development, OAuth, JSON/XML, and integration patterns Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and ALM for integration deployments Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in cloud integrations Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems for cross-platform integration.
