Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The role involves identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients in target markets
- Present and promote IT products and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Consistently follow up with leads to drive deal closures
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Conduct field visits for client meetings and business development

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in sales
- Willingness to travel locally for client engagement
