Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive to support the company’s operational and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and provide assistance to front-office and management teams. This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and basic technical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Administrative Support Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately and systematically. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. B. Data Management & Entry Enter and update data into company databases or CRM systems. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Generate periodic reports for management review. C. Coordination & Communication Coordinate between departments, teams, and management for smooth operations. Assist in internal and external communications, including emails and calls. Provide support in event planning, client coordination, and meetings. D. Financial & Transactional Support (if applicable) Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Maintain records of financial transactions and assist the accounts team. Support in expense tracking and report generation. E. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Assist during audits or inspections as required.Required Skills & Competencies A. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or database management systems is a plus. Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis. B. Soft Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
