Candidate Sourcing – Recruiting, screening, and placing qualified IT candidates. Job Matching – Aligning talent with open client roles. Revenue Generation – Achieving placement-driven revenue targets. Additionally, you may support training, placement coordination, and digital outreach initiatives.
