Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Coordination: Engage with potential clients received from our Presales team through calls and meetings. - Client Accompaniment: Guide clients on site visits and showcase relevant properties. - Client Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on industry developments. - Deal Closure: Assist clients in making informed decisions and finalizing property deals. - Documentation: Liaise with the developer's team and clients to ensure smooth paperwork and documentation processes. - Post-Sales Service: Deliver exceptional post-sales support, fostering client satisfaction and referrals. - Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of leads and site visits.
