Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Coordination: Engage with potential clients received from our Presales team through calls and meetings.

  • Client Accompaniment: Guide clients on site visits and showcase relevant properties.

  • Client Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on industry developments.

  • Deal Closure: Assist clients in making informed decisions and finalizing property deals.

  • Documentation: Liaise with the developer's team and clients to ensure smooth paperwork and documentation processes.

  • Post-Sales Service: Deliver exceptional post-sales support, fostering client satisfaction and referrals.

  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of leads and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and nurture new client opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally
  • Motivated and results-driven attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
