Business Unit iatricSystems TM an independent business unit of Harris Healthcare is a team of Information Technology and Healthcare specialists dedicated to improving the delivery of care through technology Our ranks include IT managers project managers software engineers nurses lab techs and other medical professionals We help healthcare organizations enhance their IT investments Job Summary As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Iatric Systems you will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality You will play a key role in designing testing scenarios identifying bugs and suggesting improvements to ensure that our software products are both functional and reliable Primary Functions Develop implement and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts Perform manual and automated testing to identify software problems and their causes Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues Track and document all testing defects and resolutions Participate in the design and development meetings to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct unambiguous and verifiable Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces operational requirements and performance requirements of the overall system Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process Ensure compliance with general programming best practices accepted web standards and those standards set forth by upstream sources Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Work Mode Remote Shift Timings 5pm to 2am IST Location Remote What We Are Looking For Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field 4 years of working experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Experience in QA methodology CI CD pipelines Working experience Agile frameworks and regression testing Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Working knowledge of test management software e g Test Complete ReadyAPI qTest Zephyr and for Database - SQL Additional Qualifications Functional Testing Soft Skills Behavioural Skills Excellent Communication Skills Written Verbal Attention to detail and a problem-solver mentality Working Independently Benefits Annual Public Holidays as applicable 30 days total leave per calendar year Mediclaim policy Lifestyle Rewards Program Group Term Life Insurance Gratuity and more
