Job Description The Digital Technology team, within the eCommerce business unit, is responsible for the development and support of marketing and eCommerce websites globally for a number of consumer brands. In addition, the team is also responsible for relevant enterprise web application development and enterprise systems integration projects. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our Digital Technology and eCommerce experiences. Serving as a bridge between Development, Product, and System teams, you will coordinate and execute testing for our ERP migration. Your responsibilities include adhering to specifications, coordinating testing across teams and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and defects. Ensuring a smooth migration of our ERP system will be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end to end tests with cross dependent teams for an ERP Migration.
• Generate test cases and test plans based on requirements and specifications.
• Interacting with PMO Team, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers for gathering requirements and implementing testing.
• Development & review of Integration, regression test plans to perform measures and certify the product quality
• Must possess critical thinking skills in addition to good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function in a demanding environment, the quality proponent
• Experience with JIRA, Slack, TestRails, or similar test case management tools.
• Coordinate defect review meetings and follow up on blocking issues
• Support other team members testing tasks and provide knowledge transfer and cross training
• Collaborate with team members on various time zones
