Job Purpose: Lead - Non Aero - Projects is responsible for managing and executing Non-Aero projects within the airport, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves supporting the Head of Projects in strategy implementation, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Lead also mentors team members, fosters their growth and development, and supports the implementation of innovative and digital project management practices. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for non-aero commercial developments (retail, F&B, lounges, parking, advertising spaces, etc.). - Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with operator guidelines. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, BCAS). - Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and regulatory standards. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Manage leaseholders/vendor requirements and ensure timely handover of commercial spaces. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (master's degree preferred). - PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. - 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in airport or infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools, and project coordination. - Experience working on the client's side or in an owner's representative role is highly preferred. - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Preferred Skills - Strong understanding of airport operations and non-aero revenue streams. - Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera). - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance in airport environments. - Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
