Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and confident Lead Generation Executive to support our Microsoft License Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining Microsoft license solutions, and generating leads or sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to businesses and prospects to promote Microsoft license offerings. - Understand client requirements and provide appropriate Microsoft product solutions. - Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and customer interaction records. - Collaborate with the sales team to close leads and meet sales targets. - Explain pricing, packages, and benefits of Microsoft licenses clearly and confidently. - Follow up on leads via phone or email and nurture them through the sales funnel. - Stay updated on Microsoft products, offers, and licensing terms. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 6 Months of experience in Cold Calling. - Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is a must. - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Office 365, Windows, etc.) is preferred. - Ability to handle objections and explain technical terms in simple language. - Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
