About QHT Clinic QHT Clinic is a fast-growing healthcare organization specializing in advanced treatments and patient-focused services We are committed to providing a seamless experience for every patient who visits us Role Overview The Customer Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic The role requires excellent communication professionalism and the ability to handle patient queries with empathy while ensuring smooth front-desk and service operations Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients visitors at the clinic with courtesy and professionalism Manage patient registrations appointments and scheduling Handle inbound outbound calls emails and queries efficiently Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain accurate records of patients appointments and billing details Provide information about services procedures and treatment packages Handle patient feedback and escalate issues to the concerned team when required Ensure front desk area is presentable and patient-friendly at all times Required Skills Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills English Hindi Customer service orientation with a polite and professional attitude Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and patience Basic computer proficiency MS Office Excel appointment software Organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in customer service front desk reception healthcare hospitality industry preferred Willing to work onsite at QHT Clinic Haridwar Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 211 46 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7004912175
