Job Description Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions. - Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards. Requirements: - 2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Willingness to work in the 1 PM to 10 PM shift. - Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
