Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals).
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues (malfunctioning components, connectivity issues, peripheral failures).
- Repairs and Replacements:
- Conduct repairs on faulty hardware or arrange replacements, minimizing business disruption.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets, including warranty tracking and lifecycle replacements.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Keep detailed records of hardware configurations, repairs, and updates.
- Network Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
- Network Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (connectivity, hardware failures, software conflicts).
- Network Security:
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- System Updates:
- Perform regular updates and patches to network systems and software to maintain security protocols.
- Network User Support:
- Provide technical support for network-related issues (connectivity problems, VPN access, network printer setup).
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Network Optimization:
- Analyze and improve network performance to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, A+, Networking Certification.
- Proven experience in network support, with solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
