Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for SAP and IT staffing solutions in Bangalore and Pune. This fully field-based role requires direct client engagement, lead collection, and business development across SAP-implemented and other IT companies. The FSE will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with recruitment and delivery teams.

Reporting-

The Field Sales Executive (FSE) will report directly to the Sales Manager.

 Expected to provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and field insights to the Manager.

 Will collaborate with the Manager on sales strategies, territory planning, and client engagement approaches.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and qualify leads by visiting SAP-implemented companies and IT firms to build a robust client pipeline in Bangalore and Pune.

 Conduct face-to-face meetings with HR heads, project managers, and decision-makers to promote SAP and IT staffing solutions.

 Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and follow-up.

 Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client feedback in CRM systems.

 Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the Sales Manager.

 Travel extensively within the assigned regions and adapt work schedules based on client

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.

 1-6 years of field sales experience, preferably in IT or SAP staffing sectors.

 Strong lead generation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and presentations.

 Familiarity with SAP and IT staffing landscapes in Bangalore and Pune.

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based

 Proven ability to generate leads and close staffing contracts through field engagement.

 Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting.

 Knowledge of SAP staffing roles and IT staffing market trends.

 Strong networking, client servicing, and time management skills.

 Adaptability to travel-heavy, flexible working hours.

 Good Communication skills Required

Key Note: A valid driving license and a bike or two-wheeler are required for this position.

Work Environment -

 Fully field-based with regular travel across Bangalore and Pune.

 Frequent interaction with clients at their offices and business locations.

 Flexible hours to align with client availability and business demands.
