The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving sales, generating leads, and managing client relationships across industries. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new clients across industries through networking, referrals, research, and direct outreach. - Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive conversions. Client Engagement - Conduct initial meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and position our services as solutions. - Build and nurture strong client relationships by demonstrating credibility and value. - Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from outreach to onboarding. Business Development Strategy - Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base across multiple sectors. - Work with leadership to design proposals and close deals in line with revenue targets. Collaboration & Coordination - Partner with internal teams to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to clients. - Collaborate with management to develop customized solutions and negotiate agreements. Market Research & Insights - Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities across industries. - Provide strategic inputs to refine offerings and enhance client value. Preferred Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - 2-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (B2B preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-oriented environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
