You will be responsible for growing our business. This is a client-facing role: from hunting for opportunities, servicing leads, scoping, pricing, and negotiating, to sign-off. It also does not involve creating or posting designs, although knowledge of that will be a plus. Basically, you need to qualify and convert relevant prospects into clients and hand them over to the operations teamWhat this role is NOT: This is NOT a content writing/content editing position.This is NOT about chasing targets. Responsibilities: Full Time Keep an eye out for content creation opportunities with corporates and start-ups Service leads that reach out Understand the prospect‘s business and size up the requirements by asking the right questionsPrepare pitches for the client, including research ( industry analysis, competition research, brand tonality, etc ) with the assistance of AI, but not limiting yourself to itPropose formats , ideas , frequency, topics , themes , and concept wireframesafter checking the viability with internal teams for executionResearching the brand, competition, and preparing tonality documentsPrepare estimates and proposals, RFP responses, such that they meet the client's expectationsLead pricing negotiationsSeamless handover to the editorial and servicing team of the approved project scope by preparing the brief document Managing paperwork and agreements - liaising with the legal team - with the help of an admin personScouting existing corporates and startups with meaningful and relevant ideas to create and upsell/cross-sell content Location: Goregaon W, Mumbai only Skills: This role requires you to be a polymath and work on multiple projectsCurrently staying in Mumbai ( Dadar to Vasai) or ready to move to Mumbai ( Dadar to Vasai)- this is a show stopper for us BBA/MBA MarketingGood written and spoken Communication skillsDecent command over spoken English1-2 years of work experience in marketing and advertising / Fresher with marketing experience - Knowledge of how social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) work Hungry and assertive - able to be comfortable with numbers for pricing and calm in cutthroat negotiationsCompetent in prioritising and working with little/no supervision in a remote set-upSelf-motivated and trustworthyNeeds to have their own laptop with MS Windows loaded What’s in it for you?Opportunity to work with a diverse range of brands and sectorsFlexibility of Hybrid workingWell-structured leave policy Work-life balance is important to usMonthly training, workshops, and 1-on-1 sessions to plan personalised career growth.Supportive, inclusive and collaborative workplace where you want to grow.Part of a fun, vibrant and passionate cultureCTC: Upto INR 3.6L per annum
