Job Description Mantras2success Consultants is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager (Invoicing Operations) to lead and optimize plant operations, manage key accounts, and oversee end-to-end operational processes, with a specific focus on invoicing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who can drive operational excellence and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA and demonstrated expertise in operations management. Key Responsibilities - Invoicing Process & Operational Launches: - Oversee and streamline the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations. - Lead operational launches, ensuring all necessary resources, processes, and staff are aligned for successful execution. - Manage the complete operational cycle, from meticulous planning through efficient execution and thorough evaluation. - End-to-End Operations Management: - Coordinate and oversee all facets of the operation, spanning from production and logistics to final delivery and customer service. - Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness. - Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the operations pipeline to ensure seamless functioning and minimal disruption. - Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on goals and expectations. - Collaborate effectively with various departments, including finance, procurement, and HR, to support cross-functional objectives. - Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and issues, ensuring their prompt and effective resolution. - Key Account Management: - Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and proactive responsiveness to their operational needs. - Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their evolving requirements, address any concerns, and ensure their long-term retention. - Provide insightful recommendations and actionable insights based on account performance data to continuously improve service quality. Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills - Qualifications: - MBA is required, preferably with a focus on Operations Management or Supply Chain. - Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, complex invoicing processes, and effective stakeholder engagement. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities. - Skills: - Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. - Proficiency in stakeholder and client relationship management. - Strong data analysis and process improvement skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
