The role involves managing end-to-end finance functions, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, treasury, and audits, while ensuring strong internal controls and business support for growth in the FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Finance & Accounts team and oversee day-to-day financial operations.Manage accounting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance with statutory requirements.Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and ensure timely filings.Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitor working capital, cash flow, and treasury operations.Partner with business leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and corporate governance.Liaise with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.Implement process improvements for cost control and operational efficiency.Manage risk assessment, internal audits, and financial due diligence activities.Support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion projects from a financial perspective.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance.Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cost management.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic FMCG environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
