As a Digital Account Manager Related Party & Affiliates in Digital Core, you'll be responsible for managing the account management, intake process flow incl commercial transactions of Digital external partnerships, coordinating multiple initiatives, operational and tactical activities with Volvo Cars related parties & affiliates. You'll collaborate & network with both Business & Digital teams in-house such as Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Cyber Security, Supply Chain, etc., as well as counterparts at our related parties & affiliates. You will play a key role in driving change and implementing new quality assured capabilities that's makes a difference for Volvo Cars as well as our related parties but also aligning the changes across the digital community What You'll Do Responsible for coordinating the intake, pre-study, signing and implementation of digital changes for our related parties & affiliates Lead & coordination of bigger digital changes in different business & digital units Single point of contact for digital related questions towards our related parties & affiliates Make sure that the digital change creates value for both parties Continuously improve and decrease the administrative part of the intake process Support long term digital strategical partnership planning & roadmaps What You'll Bring Minimum a university or IT degree at a Bachelor level or equivalent work experience. - 10 years of experience in external business collaboration as account manager or similar Ability to translate the details into overarching plan Not afraid to dig into technical details Long term knowledge of IT operations & development Proven negotiation & conflict management skills Understanding of digital enterprise architectural in the automotive industry Who You Are And What You Believe In Embraces We Culture You are customer focused and have a solution-oriented mindset You excel in collaboration, both with internal and external stakeholders, and are passionate about building a work environment based on trust Curious You are passionate about software development and you have an interest in staying up to date with new technologies You are self-propelled and have an innovative and creative mind Agile Mindset You have a strong belief in agile ways of working especially in accordance with SAFe You are flexible, open to new ideas and have a strong focus on continuous improvement Volvo Cars.
