As an Account Exectives, you should have experience/proficiency in managing accounts across Performance marketing and SEO. Should have a knack and love for everything in the digital space and be able to contribute to the company’s growth by creating and maintaining long-term and successful client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the Brand and its project requirements
- Analyse digital programs/campaigns and create corrective strategic and tactical solutions.
- Be the brand custodian with end to end responsibility to lead account in terms of strategy, planning, inhouse team sync and client communication
- Be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact. Have a clear understanding of the clients’ needs and business objectives
- Create digital strategies, program execution, planning and reporting for your accounts.
**Requirements**:
**We’re Looking for Someone With**:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Account Executive with a digital marketing agency or digital-led accounts.
- Proven experience in digital marketing in an agency with Account management / Operations
- Hands-on experience in creating strategies for digital campaigns through social platforms, SEO, SEM, Influencer marketing, Paid ads, content and creatives
- Ability to pitch ideas and strategies to clients through presentations
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Ability to balance solid strategic thinking and flawless execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Good experience and understanding of the business, customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to drive acquisition and revenue
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis
- Creative Opinion and an eye for details.
- Experience in planning 360-degree campaign launches would be a plus
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest ways to improve marketing campaigns
- Strong team player who can incorporate input from others.
- Own and manage client relationships.
**Nice to Have**:
- Any Degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Understanding of online marketing tools
- Good communication skills along with a willingness and ability to work independently and also collaborate with multiple teams both in-house or remotely positioned.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Good understanding and experience in SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook ads
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
