We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents while developing effective sales strategies to enhance agency performance.

Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost agency performance
- Monitor and evaluate agents performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge
- Prepare reports on team performance, market trends, and sales activities for management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
