Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction and customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Additionally, they will handle lead generation, account management, and manage sales processes to achieve targets and grow the customer base. Qualifications - Skills in Inside Sales and Account Management - Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills - Experience in Lead Generation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Gurugram - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Relevant experience in the sales industry is a plus
