Job Title Safety Officer Location SIPAT Bilaspur NTPC Salary 20 000 to 25 000 per month in-hand Immediate Joiners Preferred NTPC-Sipat Bilaspur is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Safety Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all personnel on-site ensuring compliance with safety standards and preventing accidents and injuries in the workplace Key Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards policies and regulations Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks Ensure all workers are following safe work practices and wearing necessary protective equipment PPE Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees and contractors Maintain records of safety incidents accidents and training activities Ensure emergency response procedures are in place and conduct safety drills as required Monitor and enforce the use of safety equipment and ensure its proper maintenance Collaborate with the management and other departments to create a safe working environment Qualifications and Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in a Technical field B Tech Engineering and a valid ADIS Certificate Experience Prior experience in safety management preferably in power plants or similar industries Skills Strong knowledge of safety regulations standards and practices Ability to assess risks and develop safety plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Certifications ADIS Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
