you will be required to ensure timely payments and support client relationships Overall your duties will include reviewing accounts and credit risk payments collection of overdue payments and maintain signed documents What you will do Extensive experience in telecom billing operations process improvement initiatives and a solidunderstanding of Telecom BSS systems Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint and strong data analysis skills Hands-on experience in managing telecom billing processes such as reconciliation tariff management customer invoicing suspense analysis and billing assurance Familiarity with SQL is desirable Proven ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations Personal Attributes Demonstrates ownership and accountability for personal tasks and deliverables Excellent problem-solving skills especially in complex or unfamiliar scenarios Strong ability to understand and manage complex processes and business workflows Thrives in high-pressure environments able to meet tight deadlines effectively Committed to continuous improvement and driving innovation Communication Collaboration Outstanding communication skills both within the Billing Governance team with management and external stakeholders Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders Excellent interpersonal
