Job description Website https autopilotoffices com Job Title BMS operator Executive Location Thane About Us Work Square is a leading managed office operator providing tailor-made built-to-suit office spaces Our commitment to delivering top-tier customized Office solutions allows businesses to maximize efficiency and scale seamlessly in today s dynamic work environment We offer comprehensive services including real estate acquisition with micro-market intelligence office design and Operational management ensuring personalized and high-quality workspaces for our clients Job Overview The BMS Operator will be responsible for operating maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Management System BMS and performing multi-skilled technician tasks across electrical plumbing and HVAC systems The role ensures efficient building operations safety compliance and optimal performance of all MEP systems Key Responsibilities Monitor operate and maintain BMS for HVAC lighting fire alarms CCTV access control PA systems and other integrated systems Respond to alarms troubleshoot faults and resolve issues using diagnostic tools Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on MEP systems including sensor testing calibrations software updates electrical wiring lighting and plumbing fixtures o Install test and commission electrical plumbing and HVAC systems ensuring compliance with codes and regulations Generate performance energy consumption and operational reports recommending efficiency improvements Follow blueprints technical drawings and specifications for accurate system installations and integrations Coordinate with facility teams vendors and contractors for repairs upgrades and preventive works Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities equipment inventory and operational records Ensure adherence to safety protocols building codes and statutory regulations Respond promptly to emergency service requests and breakdowns Key Requirements Qualification Diploma Graduate Electrical Mechanical with MST certification or valid electrician license from local municipal government authority Experience 2-4 years in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of BMS and MEP systems Ability to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency call-outs o Good communication problem-solving and coordination skills Why Work Square At Work Square we offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced client-focused environment with a strong emphasis on innovation adaptability and customer satisfaction Join us to be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of office spaces across India If this role excites you mail or whats app your resume at HR squarework in 8097252711 Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable travelling to Thane What is your current Inhand salary What is your expected Inhand salary If selected How soon you can join Experience BMS Operations 2 years Required Work Location In person
