The Multiskilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance repair and installation tasks across various disciplines including mechanical electrical plumbing and building automation systems This versatile role ensures efficient and effective operations within a facility or production environment Key Responsibilities Mechanical Perform preventive maintenance repairs and installations on machinery equipment and mechanical systems including pumps compressors conveyors and material handling equipment Electrical Troubleshoot repair and maintain electrical systems including motors transformers control panels lighting fixtures and power distribution systems Plumbing Install maintain and repair plumbing systems including piping valves fixtures and associated equipment Building Automation Systems Monitor operate and maintain building management systems BMS for HVAC lighting and other automated systems Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Conduct routine inspections tests and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and prolong equipment life Troubleshooting and Repairs Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions breakdowns and other operational issues using appropriate tools and techniques Documentation Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment histories Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols guidelines and regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance Inventory Management Monitor and restock spare parts tools and consumable supplies as needed Continuous Learning Stay updated with new technologies techniques and best practices in the field Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
