Job Title MST Engineer Department Engineering Location Fern Brentwood Resorts Mussoorie Salary 18 000 - 20 000 per month Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MST Engineer to join the Engineering Department at Fern Brentwood Resorts in Mussoorie The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation maintenance and repair of all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems within the resort The MST Engineer will work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth functioning of the property s infrastructure and facilities ensuring a high standard of service for our guests Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical electrical and plumbing systems HVAC water supply pumps etc throughout the resort Troubleshoot diagnose and repair any system malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations while performing tasks Keep accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders and preventive maintenance schedules Work collaboratively with other departments to address guest issues related to engineering facilities or room maintenance Assist in managing inventory of engineering tools spare parts and materials Support emergency maintenance and repairs as required even outside regular working hours Monitor energy consumption and work towards energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs Ensure the upkeep of the resort s technical systems to maintain high operational standards and guest satisfaction Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the engineering department and work areas Qualifications Experience Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or engineering preferably in the hospitality sector Basic understanding of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Skills Competencies Proficiency in basic maintenance tools and equipment Familiarity with resort or hotel operations is a plus Good physical fitness for handling repair tasks and working in varying weather conditions Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holiday Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
