Tele-Sales Lead Generation Business Development Workdays 6 days workweek Role Overview As a Lead Generator cum Telecaller you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers and generating leads through outbound calling You will also be responsible for following up on leads qualifying them and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team This role requires excellent communication skills persistence and a results-driven attitude Key Responsibilities Lead Generation - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products services - Generate and qualify leads through research networking and cold calling - Maintain an updated database of leads and track progress in the CRM system Telecalling - Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and pitch relevant products services - Answer customer queries and provide information about our offerings - Schedule meetings demos or follow-up calls for the sales team Follow-Up - Regularly follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified opportunities - Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate teams Reporting -Prepare and maintain reports on lead generation activities call metrics and conversion rates -Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies Skills - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience - 1-3 years of experience in telecalling in the Middle-east region preferably in Dubai - Experience in lead generation in Middle-east region to the B2B clients or a similar role What We Offer - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment - Training and professional development opportunities - A supportive and collaborative team culture ref updazz com
