Responsibilities Contract Execution and Management Handle and manage strategic contracts in an effective and timely manner Track and ensure the timely release of DOs Delivery Orders upon clearance of all required documents and resolution of outstanding issues Manage quality-related settlements in accordance with contract terms and quality assessments Ensure proper and timely closure of contracts upon completion Collections and Payments Manage timely collection of cargo value from credit customers as per contractual terms Ensure the collection of plot rent and interest charges in alignment with contractual agreements Manage the collection of quality-related premium and penalty payments Commercial Operations Facilitate the timely execution of contracts collection of payments and sharing of relevant documents for successful shipment execution Manage and ensure timely delivery of invoices and debit notes handle customer grievances and process refunds as per contractual agreements Coordinate with third parties for contract execution payment collection laytime settlement and contract closures Commercial Operations shipment execution and third party coordination Oversee and ensure prompt delivery of invoices and debit notes to customers Address customer grievances inquiries escalations and requests prioritizing customer satisfaction Track process customer refunds in adherence to contractual agreements Facilitate the timely signing of contracts collection of payments and sharing of relevant documents for shipment Oversee vessel discharge and customs clearance for smooth operations Collaborate with third parties for contract signing payment collection laytime settlement and contract closures Oversee third-party transportation-related billing and refunds maintaining accuracy and compliance Other activities Manage third-party transportation coordination and customer account reconciliation Ensure accounting-related tasks such as ledger clearing provisions LC clearing book hygiene cargo ageing management inventory control short closures DO re-validations port book reconciliation Review management information system MIS reporting as applicable Coordinate with vessel agents and charter of the vessel for smooth discharge of cargo and custom clearance Digitisation and Automation Lead and execute comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organisational goals strategy People and Team Engagement Lead inspire and mentor the team to foster a high-performance culture Drive and enhance employee engagement across the team to sustain a positive workplace culture Foster a conducive environment for high employee retention by ensuring team satisfaction and professional development Supervise and support team to achieve operational goals Qualifications Post-Graduation 8 Years of experience About Us The road to empowerment is the one that guards a country s stride onwards keeping every hurdle that poses a threat to the constant pace of progress at bay Yet another milestone in our growth story is the business of Natural Resources The scale of our business assures a steady availability of coal extracted in the most responsible ways which promises constant supply of power to both urban and rural geographies of India ensuring no hurdles are faced by the citizens in the path to achieving their dreams The mining industry is considered a major contributor to the growth of the Indian economy The mining business unit of the Adani group was established in 2007 as the last link in ensuring energy security for India We are also developing and operating mines in Indonesia and Australia In the past few years we have transformed from a coal trading and importing company to a comprehensive integrated coal management company We have a diversified trading portfolio and are involved in Coal and Coke trading
