The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, and enjoys working closely with both lab and plant teams to ensure seamless scaling of new technologies.Key Requirements- Lead and coordinate the transfer of new surfactant products and processes from lab/pilot to commercial scale. - Prepare process documentation, equipment mapping, PFDs/P&IDs, and SOPs for technology transfer. - Participate in process risk assessments, batch reviews, and troubleshooting of new product launches. - Support manufacturing and operations during initial production runs — resolve technical issues and optimize performance. - Serve as the technical liaison between R&D, manufacturing, QA/QC, and external vendors. - Ensure all transfer activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Monitor project progress, document process changes, and track deviations. - Identify and engage with new manufacturing partners when required for contract manufacturing or process validation. - Drive initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and process robustness.Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in surfactant or specialty chemical technology transfer, scale-up, or process engineering - Strong working knowledge of surfactant processes, troubleshooting, and plant operations. - Experience preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation. - Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with safety standards, GMP/regulatory compliance, and plant trial management.Why Join Us?- Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-driven company shaping the future of specialty chemicals. - Get hands-on experience in scaling cutting-edge processes from R&D to commercial scale. - Work alongside a passionate team of scientists and engineers focused on solving real-world problems. - Join an environment that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
