Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with 0 to 2+ years of experience in sales to join our team, freshers are welcome What's more, we are open to remote work should the applicant have 2+ years of experience in Sales profile. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tech and cybersecurity, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, self motivated, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, calling, and other sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote our cybersecurity training programs to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Should be a team player, open to training, and learning experiences.
- For Freshers: To be a part of regular brainstorming sessions, you will be required to come to work at our office in Greater Noida, NCR; The timings are 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat) (Saturday- WFH)
- For Remote: To be a part of regular brainstorming sessions, and regular updates, you will be required to be available on Teams; The timings are 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Qualifications:

- 0 to 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or cybersecurity sector. Freshers are also welcome
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
- Corporate communication skills is a plus
